Brittney Matthews Baird, MSN, RNC-OB/C-EFM

Brittney is a registered nurse certified in inpatient obstetrics and electronic fetal monitoring with nearly 30 years of experience in maternal and neonatal care and education. Since 2008, she has worked as a women’s health specialist for a level III maternity center in a hospital in Memphis, TN. Given her passion for maternal and neonatal wellness, Brittney maintains a number of certifications including being an instructor for American Heart Association basic and advanced life support and a provider for American Academy of Pediatrics Neonatal Resuscitation Program.

She was a Leadership Mentor in the Sigma Theta Tau 2014-2015 Maternal Child Leadership Academy Cohort with a project focus on “Hospital Practices to Support Breastfeeding”.
